Mayoral candidates Rapozo, Cowden, and Carvalho fielded questions for an hour from moderators Laurel Loo and Matt Bracken (far right). Loo and Bracken, both former attorneys with the County of Kaua’i are now in private practice with the law firm of McCorriston Miller Mukai McKinnon’s Kaua’i office.
Scott Sato, former County Council staff member and now a senior executive with Kauai Island Utility Cooperative and a CAK Board member was tasked with being the timer for the forum.
